In my short time as club manager, I have received wide ranging complaints about the course and fellow members, however the biggest has been the problem with pitch marks on our greens.

Our greens staff also have to deal with sanding thousands of divots, where if replaced at the time, it would not be a problem.

Broken tees left stuck into the ground or tees hit into the ground after use, cause problems with our machinery. We had several punctures last year due to broken tees not removed, this cost money to repair, but the bigger cost is the labour downtime and disruption to that day's work program. They can also damage/blunt the cutting blades.

Now I KNOW ALL OF YOU repair pitch marks, replace divots and remove tees, therefore we are asking for your help to gently remind the members you play with, who may forget :)
